Ingredients

  • Ruby Port
    1 3/4 oz
  • Cognac
    1 oz
  • Heavy Cream
    1 oz
  • Whole Egg
    1
  • Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow Chartreuse
    1 barspoon

Garnishes

  • Grated Nutmeg
    a sprinkle

Steps

  1. Add Ruby Port, Cognac, Heavy Cream, Whole Egg, and Sugar into a Cocktail Shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously until frothy.
  2. Add ice to the Cocktail Shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled Coupe Glass.
  4. Top with a barspoon of Yellow Chartreuse.
  5. Garnish with freshly grated Nutmeg.
