Classic Sangria

Ingredients

- Sugar2 tbsp
- Orange Wedges1 orange
- Apple (diced)1
- Lemon Wedges1 lemon
- Brandy1/2 cup
- Orange Juice1/2 cup
- Dry Red Wine1 bottle
Garnishes
- Orange Wheel1
Steps
- In a Large Pitcher, add the Sugar, Orange Wedges, Apple (diced), and Lemon Wedges, and muddle for 30 seconds.
- Add the Brandy and Orange Juice, and muddle again for 30 seconds.
- Add the Dry Red Wine and stir to combine.
- Allow the Sangria to rest for at least two hours before serving to integrate the flavors.
- Serve in a Red Wine Glass over ice, and garnish with an Orange Wheel.
