    1 1/2 oz
  • Lime Juice
    1 lime
  • Honey
    1/2 oz
  • Soda Water

Steps

  1. Add Rum, juice of one Lime, and Honey into a Shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a Coupe Glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with a splash of Soda Water.
  4. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
